prime location comfortable bed helpful staff
The hotel is a block from the riverfront, a great location for easily walking to many places. I appreciated the comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower. The staff were helpful and made a birthday special with a candle at breakfast.

underwhelming stay due to room design flaws
poor storage noisy heating
The room design was not practical. there was minimal storage space for luggage. i also found the lack of comfortable seating frustrating. I had no option but to sit on the bed. the noise from the heating system disrupted my sleep one night.

I found the location works well. The staff provided help quickly when I needed it. The room had modern design and everything was clean. Street sounds did not bother me because of the shutter system.

excellent stay with few minor issues

the staff was cute and ready to assist with any needs. the location was central, a convenient base to explore the city. the early check-in option was helpful and we left our bags after checkout. a gift bottle of port wine.
i noticed the air conditioning did not work well. the room temperature felt too warm for comfort. i suggest checking the rooms at the back of the building.

a tender river dream
river location local wine kind staff
the location was so near the river. i could almost feel its gentle flow from the window. they gave me a bottle of local wine when i arrived. it. the staff was so kind and genuine. it reminded me of they wanted me to have a happy stay.
the room felt small. there wasn't much space to keep my clothes. i had to live out of my suitcase. it was a bit inconvenient for a longer stay.

comfortable stay timber shutters quiet sleep
the staff went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. they were responsive during my transfer from the airport. the rooms have timber shutters over the windows, so i had a very quiet sleep.
the air conditioning did not work adequately, so the room was very hot.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I found eggs cooked to order. A great selection was available. I also enjoyed the comfortable bed that helped me relax. The checkout time at 12 PM allowed for a relaxed morning. I appreciated this detail.
